The pail packing machine is designed to take up welding wire with 0.8mm-1.60mm from the metal spool into paper pails, it can take-up up to 250kg, 350kg per pail.

Power supply, power cables from power supply to machine cabinet, air compressor and pipes to machine and butt-welding machine are provided by the final user

The pail packing machine is composed of an 800mm pay-off unit, dancer (installed on the top of the main machine), main take-up machine, electrical cabinet (installed on the main machine), the connecting cable between units, pail trails, etc. the above are supplied by the supplier.
